• Bookings made more than 48 hours in advance can be canceled for free up to 48 hours prior to the time of lunch/dinner.

• Bookings made less than 48 hours in advance can be canceled for free up to 24 hours prior to the time of lunch/dinner.

• Bookings made the day before or on the same date can be canceled for free up to 2 hours prior to the time of lunch/dinner.
  
  
• For late cancellations or no-show, Ginza Onodera reserves the right to apply a £ 50 fee per person.
